Our roofing project went very well with a few problems 1: the salesmen that came to the house were very nice and knew the product but my wife felt like they were pressuring us into signing the contract that night and we were only wanting a quote. 2: The prices on the metal roof was so high that we instantly said no and chose the fiberglass shingles instead and it was still higher then we really want to pay. 3: communications with the company and the install crew was problematic, with the crew only speaking Spanish and only 2... read more

We love our new roof. But, we had to wait 6 weeks to get it done. And the whole crew spoke no English.

The ***************** arrived got set up for the job in a professional manner. The weather was very hot that that day. The crew took breaks and drank water to cool off. This was not a problem with me. I served 20 yrs. Army. I have had desert training staying hydrated is important. The crew did all the prep work in a timely manner. We love our Erie asphalt roof! Due to seasons, they had to split the job 1/2 in fall and 1/2 in spring. But they communicated well, worked early-late to get the job done, cleaned up after each job, and they have been helpful re: the invoices for insurance claim. Most importantly, we have a solid, beautiful roof again! Thank you!
