Roofing is very costly. Be prepared so sit down and take a breath. This is the 2nd time I have had a roof replaced in 3 years and I was shocked at the cost. Saying that Ill explain. Steel roofing costs more than asphalt shingles. Styled steel is more than a flat panel. Add in for skylights and steep areas. Cedar roof removal creates a ton of waste and it is slower to remove. ***** R - I love my new roof, as a promotional they are also installing gutter guards when they arrive, a perk for my house. The installers were great and very professional. The lead was informative and compassionate! He kept me up-to-date of the process and I would recommend Erie Home to anyone that needs a roof replacement.

**** came, inspected my basement, came up with a plan of remediation, showed materials to be used, and presented cost. They worked with my finances. I chose flexible scheduling and ***** payment. They came and sprayed the walls and installed a fan. Another team came back later and did the job in two days. They even came back to do an additional task that I asked them to do. Everyone was professional and polite. I am super pleased with my dry basement. I would highly recommend their basement work.
