I hired Erie Home to replace my roof. I chose them for the 30 year warranty on labor & materials, the turnaround time it would take to complete the project (in my case, it was 1 day), the extensive crew that was assigned to my project (install manager, project manager, ******* and the crew itself), and the responsiveness of everyone I interacted with. ******, our Salesperson, was very thorough in answering my questions and I appreciated that he didn't pressure us to go with the highest cost materials (their metal roof). ***,... read more
Very consumer friendly. They worked with ******* finally found a good day for installation during all of our snow days. Workers did an excellent job and cleaned up when done. Very happy.
The crew arrived on time and did a very good job installing *******. After they were done they cleaned up the area. I would hire **** again if I needed to replace any other roofs.
Some of these reviews are so vague that I'm not sure what work they had done. Most of the other reviews are about how satisfied they are with their "roof" projects. I couldn't find any about dry basement projects. I wondered if the company had been doing this for long. I had basement work done to dry my damp basement, install a sump pump, and keep the air clean. Excellent job! Quick and clean as if they were never there.
Quickly done, very friendly and professional. Kept me up to date on what was happening and what they did. Roof was a disaster, bit now I can be secure in the knowledge it was done right!
Installing a new roof in the winter can be somewhat difficult due to the weather but **** did a great job and highly recommend them
Erie Home did a wonderful job regarding replacing the roof on my home. From Inspection, clearly explaining options, pricing, then finally replacing my roof in one day. The Crew replacing ******* safe guarded my property and after the job was done; thoroughly cleaned up. I would whole heartily remember Erie Home.
