Everyone with **** were very kind and professional. They were in the area and ask if I would be interested in a free roof inspection, I agreed and appointment was set up. After the inspection I was showed the findings of the inspection, pictures taken during the inspection and all the damage that was located was shown to me and explained why and how it occurred. The roofers arrived on time on the day they stated they would. They removed the roof and replaced it quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated. I would recommend their service to anyone.

From start to finish very professional. Answered all my questions. Explain step by step what they were doing. Clean up no mess was left. Would have given five stars it I had booklets to tell me how the air system and pump work.
The crew that came could have cleaned up the area and the gutters better, there was a lot of debris left. When I complained about the one side of the roof not matching, they came back and replaced it. They did do damage to my siding and window screen but also took care of both situations.
The job was good, installers worked well, they did the job with minimal inconvenience, clean up was really good and the property was well cleaned up.

crew was fast and efficient. As to how well the roof was done we'll find out after the next major storm, which shouldn't be long.
