No one ever wants to have to install a new roof, but **** made the process less stressful. We discovered the house we bought had a roof that had never been replaced and just had shingles upon shingle stacked on each other like flapjacks! Poor quality and workmanship over the years had taken its toll, so much so that when we met with **** representatives at our home, we discovered a basketball size hole near our chimney that must have recently opened! We actually looked into a metal roof and wanted a quote but a little out of my price range We opted for an asphalt roof and they surely have come a long way and I know nothing about roofing. Nonetheless we got a new roof and it looks great. The workers were fantastic in so many ways, respected my plants, tear down, to completion and clean up. Unbelievable! In one day! We recently had a new roof installed by Erie Home. The communication between the salesman and installation manager with ** was very good. The roofers were proficient and clean up was excellent. I believe it was only 4 days between signing the contract and installation. Although, the price was higher than we had anticipated, the materials used were of high quality and the 30 year transferable warranty will add value to our property. The work and clean up was completed in half a day. And the roof looks great!
