The installers were prompt and courteous. They were extremely careful about containing any mess that occurred. I couldn’t have asked for a better final clean up. Throughout the installation of my windows, they continually made sure I was satisfied with the process. I would definitely recommend Erie!

Knowledgeable staff, different price options, worth the investment!! Install crew was great. Hard workers in the NC humidity and 115’ weather. Didn’t expect them to work 14–16 hour day but they got it done! Clean up was superb.
We feel that the ridge vent upgrade and the replacement of 2 non functioning solar fans and one upgrade will help to decrease out air conditioning costs. It should also extend the roof that was replaced in 2010 with improvement of attic heat and ventilation. Previous ridge vent placement was not within code. Install manager helped with some communication issues and did a great job with his crew.

They did a terrific job on our roof. They were on time, worked hard all day and just had a little time the next day. They cleaned everything up before they left. Only one thing is that they accidently broke a vent pipe to our septic system, however, after speaking to the job supervisor, he said that the company would pay for the damage completely. I have not yet been able to get a price on the damage.
