Salesman was very friendly and went over everything with us and answered all our questions, installers came when they said that they would and started their work, when finished everything was cleaned up and finished in one day , Very polite and hard workers. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new roof.

We knew that our shingles needed to be replaced. When the Erie team came to give us a quote, they showed us photos of the roof and it was worse than we thought. They got us scheduled quickly and replaced the shingles in one day. The roof looks great.

From the very beginning, the Erie employees impressed me with their knowledge and professionalism. Brandon was my first point of contact and he is what sold me on having Erie Home replace my roof. Would have given them a 5 except a few things didn't go as planned. Nothing that Erie did not handle in an amicable, more than fair manner. Very expensive, but hopefully, worth it. With such a major undertaking, I want to have it done right and never have to do it again. I'm confident that if any issues should arise, Erie will take care of it efficiently and fairly.
