I think Erie is a great company with excellent quality of customer service, and workmanship. The sales representative was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable and had great information. The work team was great as well. They arrived early, finished up in a very timely manner and when they left, I was totally satisfied. The prices are a bit expensive but you pay for what you get so the money spent is well worth it, great quality, great material and excellent service

Extremely satisfied with service and care I received from Erie. Quality product but probably the best part was the care, concern and attention to detail that I received from the human element of Erie from the initial inspection all the way through installation. High quality of customer service and work completed. The installation crew took extreme care installing the roof as well as making sure they cleaned up the worksite before leaving late (after dark) on a Saturday night.
Everyone showed up on time-cleaned as they went. Pleased with the job. Someone came by the next day just to make sure everything had been cleaned properly. Very satisfied!
Purchased the Asphalt Shingles with the 30 year warranty. Pleased with the installation and cleanup. Installed in one long day. A few days extra to get the dumpsters picked up over Memorial Day weekend. High cost, but hoping they last more than 30 years.
