Everyone was very professional and friendly - even patched squirrel hole! They cleaned up everything like it never happened. I highly recommend for anyone needing their roof redone.

Excellent quality and workmanship; all representatives were personable and knowledgeable. Contract was somewhat pricey although I don't really know what was reasonable to expect. Installers arrived as scheduled, set up immediately, and wasted no time is getting to the task. They took no breaks at all until they were almost done. Although visual cleanup was good, they need to be more attentive to loose nails around the property, especially the driveway.

We contacted Erie Home to get a new roof installed and was pleasantly surprised on the professional responses from the Managers on down. Believe me, I had a special few of them on speed dial 24/7. Everyone we came in contact with was very informative and helpful. We spent several days and phone calls with them and they aimed to please our request. The roof looks wonderful. We were very impressed with the rep who came to our house to perform the estimate. The actual installation did not go as smoothly as it could have. The installers showed up one day and no materials had been delivered. In the process of removing the old roof the installers dislodged a vent pipe in the roof which caused a water trap to break and a leak in our basement.
