Great customer service. The tear off and reroofing as well as replacing rotted decking was fully explained. The reps asked for our input and helped us decide which roof would take care of our needs. The workers came and worked non stop even though the temperature was well below freezing that day. The cleanup was satisfactorily completed too. Completely done in a single day! Wow! Impressive!
Erie came out and showed us options for replacing our roof. We had planned on a metal roof, but unfortunately, it was out of our budget. We chose the Castle Grey shingle and we are very pleased with our choice. The crew came early and they finished our roof in a day. They were very professional and respectful. They cleaned up and did an excellent job all around. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
The crew was awesome. On time, polite, and steady. Never have I had a roofing crew lay down tarps all around the house for protection. Moved items so as not to break them. And clean up was exceptional... Very happy with the roof looks really good and we are dry. For the work they did the price was acceptable.
I had contacted Erie Home Construction about a roof replacement. The sales person Donny came out and gave us all the information we needed. He was very knowledgeable about their product explaining everything in detail. Even though they gave us a good quote, we were not ready for the project at this time. I would recommend this sales agent and company to anyone looking for a project they need to have done.
My new roof is beautiful and the team that installed it did a wonderful job! They were professional,fast and when they left you would have never knew they were here. Great Team!
They showed up at 6 am and they were done by noon! Tore off my double roof and put on a new one and cleaned everything up including the nails. Amazing time and beautiful job. My roof is fantastic now. I'm so glad I chose ERIE!
