Office staff was responsive through the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way...install crew was quick, friendly and professional. Sales staff was great and took a genuine interest in making sure I got the best possible product for my price point. Highly recommend Erie if you are considering a roof.

We knew we needed a new roof but didn’t realize our current one was so bad. It was so bad the entire roof had to be redecked. Contacted Erie and they were very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their products. Our new roof looks fantastic and our neighbors think it looks great. After completion the cleanup was very thorough all the way around the house both nails and trash. The roof looks terrific! Installation date was very soon after the paperwork was finished and only took one day. Neighbors have commented on how good d it looks. The sales team was very nice. The price was higher than local quotes but the length of the warranty makes up for that over time.
They did good work and explained everything clearly and was very professional

They went right to work. Covered what needed covered when they were finished they cleaned up throughly. When they finished they asked us to check everything. They seemed very friendly and wanted to make sure we were happy with the job.

My great experience started with a knock on my door. I knew I needed windows so I took their brochure. I have never heard of this company before so I took a chance. From that day forward my experience was great. Every person I’ve dealt with was friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. The installation team did a great job cleaning up behind their self. Overall the experience was very quick. They came out for an estimate, walked me through all of my options and had the crew out the next week to install. The roof looks amazing. While I could have waited a few more years, I'm glad I did not. The difference it has.made on my curb appeal is well worth it. I highly recommend Erie. I went with the fiberglass product.
