I am extremely happy with my new roof. The job was done very professionally and in a timely manner.
The crew was very communicative and professional. They were meticulous about site prep and cleanup. There were questions about materials to be used and all of those were answered quickly and satisfactorily.
The service, the roofing crew and in general the complete experience with Erie Home was exceptional. I would recommend them to all of my friends.
Excellent service! The roof was put on my second home in a different state so I was not actually there when the work was being done, but I received calls from on a weekly basis about the progress of the job, as well as videos,before,during and after. The contractor and I met at my property upon completion and he went over everything with me. I am extremely satisfied with everyone and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have home improvements. Thank You
The finished product looks spectacular. The installation crew did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the area around the house so well you wouldn't know any work had been done. I would give them 10 STARS.
Erie's subcontractors did a good job on our roof overall and used quality product. When I asked why the top row of nails were not under the roof edge flashing I was told that I had not specified that in our written contract.... Make sure you get 3 estimates before signing with any roofing or construction company, the $ you save will be more than any discount for signing when you meet with them....I wish I had.
Seems like they did a great job of installing the roof although I haven't gone up to inspect it, (2 story house and 67 years old with unsteady legs). Looks great and everyone was fantastic. I think that a better job could have been done with cleanup. Over a month later and still going around the house picking up nails and old pieces of roofing after a big rain or wind storm. I would definitely recommend Eric Construction

An amazing business, with a top tier product. From the start, everyone was so friendly and incredibly helpful. Our house had a 3 tab shingle roof that was practically ready to fall apart and unfortunately had horrible heat/cold air retention, but after the new roof was installed, it’s a night and day difference we felt on day 1. If you need a new roof, Erie Homes may be a bit on the pricier side but their product is truly worth the cost.
