Amazing quality of their product, the sales man was very thorough in explaining the process and the benefits of their roofing design. I was a little worried before about the cost of the project, but the salesman continued to reassure me that the better quality material and there 30 year warranty were unbeatable. Plus, the warranty transfers over to 1 more owner if you end up selling before the 30-year warranty is up. Erie homes roofing is amazing. Their roofing products are simply the best on the market. My salesman spent 4 hours showing me the different options. He was a great guy and easy to work with. He even played my guitar, whipping out some of my favorite songs! The project manager was very responsive to all my questions and the guys who did the project were just outstanding. Great product (hope so at least, quite expensive compared to some other contacts I made). Clean up left a little to be desired, i.e. brown spots from tarps & plywood being left laying on lawn for 2 days are finally starting to green up, 5 to 6 weeks later. Still finding nails.

Erie Home did a great job coordinating installation of a new roof! It looks great and with the wind gusts we had last night, I was thankful it was taken care of. The Field Reps (one was in training) were clearly knowledgeable about their product and easily answered questions we had. The roofing crew were pleasant, also helped cart away some extra wood we had leftover from another project (a big help!) and did a thorough job of cleaning up debris when the roof was completed. Very pleased with the company.
