The timing was strange and felt a bit like scrambling for subs to get the work done. Both crews (roofing and gutters) were completely Spanish speaking and that made communication difficult. But the main contacts I was given made up for it in the long run.

Things went better than expected, they showed up the first day with a large crew and wasted no time getting all the old roof stripped. They did more than expected preparing our house for the new roof. They figured 3 day's for the project. They were done in 2 without cutting any corners. Our house looks great. They did a nicer job cleaning up the yard when they were do than I do myself.

Erie’s sales team as well as its professional installers explained options as well as made recommendations for this job. They arrived doing the job with a crew of 7 lead by a foreman detailing every aspect of the work. We had tile removed and replacing it with a fiberglass/moss resistant comp roof. It took only 3 days to complete and it looks beautiful. Clean-up was top notched. We were so impressed with this crew that prepared lunch for them two out of the three days working.

5 stars 11/18/2024 From the very start with the salesman *** ***** who was very very thorough, shared a great deal of information, about the installation training and most importantly all the roofing products that were available. The installation application and their proprietary use of there products to me as a retired contractor was of the utmost importance to me.Options of different roofing material, colors and wear years, were important, in our final decision.
