Salesperson assured me that the Roof being installed was a Fortified roof. Well after the job done, they could not provide the Fortified certificate. They are not listed as an approved contractor via the https://fortifiedhome.org website. Guess I should have done more research before and not after. So I believe that I was scammed and overpaid for what I thought I was getting versus what I actually have.
