This was our 3rd estimate and the salesman(David and Omar) were great. They walked around the roof and the attic area to pin point where the issues were. They had the crew here within 3 days and completed in less then 8 hours. Had a couple issues, one with cleanup as we kept finding nails and noticed an area on the roof that was high but we called and they came and fixed immediately. Highly recommend!

The workmanship was sub par. The very first rain we had after installation the roof leaked like a sieve, not dripping, but pouring from the roof through the ceiling. The manager came out and we both went on the roof and saw what a horrible job they did. The manager himself told me and my wife that "he's sorry, this is not the way we do business." He then said this entire roof needs to be done over again and said it was his fault for sending a crew out that couldn't handle the job. He said it was a one day job and because it ... read more

The newly installed roof leaks like a sieve. It was pouring through on the first hard rain after installation. I was promised they'd be out on Sunday, no show, no calls, nothing. I called Monday, they said they'd be out Tuesday, again, no show, no call. I called Tuesday morning, they said they're on the way, again no show with rain forecast again. On another note, the cost of this was almost $50,000 for a 2,400sqft home asphalt shingles. I asked if I could keep the leftovers and they said I could. I returned them to the sup... read more
