ErieHome personnel were easy to talk with, made sure we were informed status of material status and due dates. They met the time frame to complete the total roofing of our home. They went out of their way to clean up the entire work area around our house. They used a magnetic device to find and pick up nails that had fallen on our property. We were very satisfied with their work and recommend their company.
The company was very professional from start to finish. Dewayne Miller, the sales rep made sure we understood the different products and the value proposition. Esfrain Ayala communicated with me on a regular basis and made sure the work was going well. The crew were thorough in their clean up. I definitely recommend this company.
Recently we decided to have our roof replaced by Erie Home, Chantilly VA, after a very thorough roof inspection completed by DeWayne Williams. The entire process included a full explanation of the process, office contacts, and financing options. The day of our roof replacement went smoothly, and included follow up contacts from the office. Elias and his roofing team were focused throughout the entire roof replacement process, up to and including cleanup. Esfrain Ayala was always just a phone call away, if needed.
My experience with Erie Home was great, but the constant texting for reviews was a bit much.
Erie home did a great job installing my roof. They were prompt and did a good job cleaning up. They were fast and my roof looks great.
Very awesome job
Did a great job! It was dark when they finished so we really couldn't check everything, found couple things wrong later. They returned to do neighbors roof several days later and came up and fixed what needed to be fixed at our house.

The customer representative that came to our house was very professional. He explained the roofing products that Erie offered. There was no sales pressure, the product sold itself. The roofing crew was very polite, safe, and protective of the area and bushes around the house. Yard clean up after completion of the roofing and before leaving was excellent.
