We had Erie Home waterproof our basement in July 2023. Last week there was a leak so I called and they sent Jason to come and check it out. He made an appointment to come and fix it on 1/22 the following Monday. He came with CJ to fix the situation. Jason was so friendly and told my husband what he was going to do step by step. My wife and I just recently hired Erie to install French Drains in our basement. The guys were on time and completed the job in about two days. Our disappointment was the clean up process.,There was mud from the project all over my basement floors. I felt that this should have been cleaned up by the contractor. Also the exit pipes were extended out of my foundation about a foot and left that way. I expected the pipes to be underground. All in all we are happy but disappointed with the clean up.
