Our experience with Erie Homes was great! Workers were efficient, work as a team. They left the yard clean. We are very happy with the job. .
Business response:
Hi, *****. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!
Salesman was very thorough, not pushy. We knew we were paying a premium price, but the materials are exceptional. The install team did a great job on the roof and clean-up. However, they slightly buckled our guttering with the ladder that they used to hoist the shingles up with, and when the roof was finished, we had to have a crew come back to correct the alignment of a few tiles where the roof meets the guttering. On the whole a good experience.

Excellent experience too to bottom. Very knowable, personable and informative associates. Everything done in a timely manner. From first meeting I had financing immediately. I had a complete high quality roof on within the week. Installed in a day. Materials are top notch. Eerie guarantees everything they put on your roof for 30 years. Cant ask for more.

I can’t say enough about Erie Roof. We desperately needed to replace our 26 year old roof and while others came to give quotes and suggestions. Erie Roof was the only company that literally sat down with us a walked us through the materials that we could choose from and detailed info about removal and installation.

The inspection and initial meeting was intense. Plan on about 3hours. The team they sent was thorough. Financing was easy. They were on schedule with what they told us. From the inspection to the roof being put on was 9 days. Other roofers had us out 5 months. The roofing team was fast and efficient. They cleaned up everything. All in all great service.
