I had my roof completely redone. It looks great. It took some time due to weather conditions, but despite that, everything was complete in a most professional way.

Erie Homes installed a new roof on my home. They came through my neighborhood and offered me a free roof inspection. It was scheduled for 2 days later, and the two inspectors showed up on time. The salesmen who came to inspect the roof and give a quote were wonderful and explained our options in detail. Installation was scheduled and finished quickly. Clean up was good except for a few nails we found in the driveway after the crew left. One gutter was dented during installation. We had an issue with communication after installation regarding one thing but after calling the office it was resolved.

The roof looks great. However, wires are strewn across the roof instead of being along the edge of the house. Satellite dish required ******* to come and correctly align it and cost $99. In addition, the unloading of the shingles resulted in 2 blocks of my new sidewalk being cracked. Erie Homes agreed to fix the sidewalk. The roofers were polite and hard workers. They cleaned up all debris in an efficient manner even though it was dark by the time they finished.

Ive had Erie Home do a couple of things at my house, first was waterproofing my basement and then I had them replace my roof. I cant relate enough how happy I have been with the results! The work was done very quickly and done so well! Highly recommend!
