Talk about efficient!! A group of eight replaced our roof (including some bad spots) in a single day. Two days were projected but they got going early and stayed until dusk. An impressive effort and a quality product that will last decades.

I had Erie home out to look at my wet basement. They explained the system for the sub pump that would take care of the problem. It was a 3 day process to get it done. Very happy with the sub pump. The workers were very professional and explained everything . The only down fall was they didn't have a electrician to put in a new wall outlet.

From the sales presentation to the clean-up to the final signing of the acceptance papers, Erie did an AMAZING job. We knew we needed a new roof, and Erie did not disappoint. The level of professionalism, concern, and most of all for us is (not was) their customer service!

We are very happy with the new roof. The salesman **** and **** were very knowledgeable and professional. The installation was great, the team was great, very responsive to questions; brought things to my attention. I felt really bad that the insulation crew had to shovel the snow off of the roof before they could start work. There was a lot more Plywood damage that was found than first thought of.
