We had an appointment with Erie Home. The guys were awesome and spent the time with us to ensure we understood. They went over everything on a new roof and helped us get financing. We were doing the main house. It couldn't be easier. The workmen showed up the following week and had removed muti layers of old roof and put down all new in matter two days. I would recommend Erie Home.

On time worked very hard as a team to get job done in one day Watching them work you really appreciate how easy my job and a lot of peoples jobs are in comparison They were very friendly and professional they deserve a raise
Business response:
Hi, *******. Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience. We truly appreciate it!
We went with the fiberglass shingles. Underlayment material is superior and seems to be proprietary to Erie. Warranty is pretty standard - 30yrs. 10yrs labor and materials and then just materials covered after that. Company and their Install Partners are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. However, since they use subs, you’re likely paying a mark up there.

We are very pleased with the new fiberglass roof and the longevity of the warranty covering it. The workers did a terrific job and cleaned the yard surrounding the house. Their presentation was great and sold us on getting this particular type of roof. I'd recommend Erie and have to my friends. Thanks again.

Hi, *****. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you for the review!
They did a good job on the roof, very quick and efficient, but they did leave some mess behind. Like screws and debris, when they promised to clean everything up. Over all pretty good.
Business response:
Were glad youre happy with the quality and efficiency of your new roof. We apologize for the cleanup oversight thats not the standard we aim for. Please reach out if anything still needs attention, and well make it right.
We Love our New Roof, it goes so well with our Siding and Gutters.

We love our new black stone coated steel barrel tile metal roof. Erie did a great job and stands behind their work 100%. Their prices are comparable to other big companies but their product is leaps ahead. I highly recommend Erie for your new roof. ******* is a huge asset to the company.
