I was apprehensive about roofing contractors, however Erie Home set my mind at ease. The initial process to determine my needs, they completed an intensive inspection, with photos!! Explained the roofing process in details that was very inclusive. The manager was thorough and also was reassuring to me knowing he was available every step of the way. Reliable, quality work, ****** and ***** were polite and courteous . Their were very knowledgeable about their products. I AM 78YRS OLD ,NERVOUS ABOUT BIG DECISION. THEY BOTH worked with me, make a new roof affordable. The Crew was excellent and clean up was completely great. Love my roof!

The Employees got with me at every turn to explain everything they were going to do and during the Process. The Roofers worked as a Team and removed old roof while protecting the area by placing Canvases around home, got 1st Inspection done and put new roof on within the same day. cleaned up area when done and called me to do walk around - the whole situation couldnt have been better.

The installation crew, well, the whole team (sales to post install) were excellent! The attention to detail while installing the metal roof was exceptional. I mean the consistant spacing between the twelve screws used to install in each shingle (Nature has no chance of taking one of these off!) to the cleanup once done was top notch. I could not find one nail on the ground after the clean up.There is a reason the warranty is so exceptional. Everyone we talked to was very thorough and made sure all our questions were answered or bumps along the way were taken care of. The installation took a little longer than expected, but that was because of our house. They were still efficient and cleaned up after themselves before the left. All-in-all a very good experience!
