I have a little problem area on the north side of my roof meets house to garage. A piece of angle tin was inserted to deflect rain water from the house side to the garage side because there is no gutter to catch water on the house side. I dont know if the tin is tall enough to deflect all the water to the garage side

I cant express enough the kindness, professionalism, great communication, quick, efficient and overall fantastic experience from beginning to end with the entire Erie team. I was so impressed and happy with the roofing team (laborers) that I gave them a little thank you tip. My roof looks fabulous. Our old roof was really bad. Double layered. I recently worked with Erie Homes and overall had a very positive experience. The crew was quick, efficient, and thorough, and they did an impressive job with both the prep work and the cleanup. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went once the installation began. The only part of the experience I didn’t love was the sales pitch, which felt a bit lengthy and to... read more

They started late in November on a Tuesday with weather permitting! The crew was very quick to layout and install the metal roof but due to cold conditions our flat roofs needed a warmer day! The following Monday they returned to complete their installation on the flat roofing! Completed and the walk around inspection done! We now have 8 inches of snow on it! So far so good!

We needed to fix a mold and moisture issue in the basement in order to refinance our mortgage and we were on a bit of a time sensitive schedule. The inspection team was great, going over all our options and understood our situation. The prep, demo and installation teams were great, always keeping me in the loop with progress and allowed me to ask questions. Our basement looks (and smells) amazing now. Even after the project they sent us the documentation we needed to give to the bank and we are closing on our loan this week.... read more
