*****, salesman, came out and inspected attic area and roof. Found that our 13-year-old roof was probably already beyond useful protection. Learned several new things about our roof/ventilation. Our roof is about 72 squares and has porch area with a very shallow pitch roof line. When we got to pricing, there was some sticker shock, but the materials Erie were going to use (fiberglass shingles, their proprietary underlayment and the membrane for the low slope roof) were high quality and came with their guarantee for the futur... read more

Very thorough in the sales call and comparisons of roof options. The new roof was installed in less than a weekamazing. There was additional work that had to be done unexpectedly and they kept their word to repair it. Great guarantee on workmanship and warranty. Awesome experience!! Will use them for windows next year.
