Field Reps and Crew Reps were very personable and knowledgeable and kept us up to date, as soon as possible, and returned calls on any questions we had quickly. The install crew were hard workers, and for the most part cleaned up well. the only problem was that when they blew off the roof during cleanup, a lot of debris and sediment went into the gutters. Overall glad we chose Erie Home to do our roof, price higher, but with the guarantee and quality of products makes it worth it. Beautiful new roof.

All of the vendor's representatives, staff, and installers were friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. All of our questions were immediately answered throughout the project. I would definitely recommend this company to others!

Erie sales personnel were transparent with their inspections and products. I did not feel a heavy pressure sales tactic and were easy to work with. The installers did a great job and thoroughly cleaned around our house. Great job, Thank You!

My salesperson **** was wonderful. He seemed to be knowledgeable and was informative. However, with the installation guys I wasn't too happy. They did a decent job, it is just that after a week I am still finding nails and pieces of old roofing all over the place.
