The men working did a good job but were not prepared to deal with a leaf filter that was over my gutters, in taking off the nails and edges of the old roof alot of nails and other debree was dropping in the gutters and well as the leaf filter was bent and when the workers attempted to reinstall it they were not trained and the filter was bent even more and the gutters were not cleaned out. We are very happy with our new roof. It looks great. We were very pleased with how quickly they got it scheduled and put on. When they said it would be stripped and put on in one day I was skeptical. They put in a long day but it was done before they left. They did a great job.

The communication was great with BJ, and the crew was on time and finished and clean up in an amazing time . I highly recommend this company

The installers were great. They placed tarps around my property to catch all the debris and make for an easy cleanup. They used a large magnet to collect any nails that didn’t make it to the tarp. The company promised me the job would be done in 2 days and it was.

The roofing crew showed up early 1st day and started working. Ishmael’s crew (6 man crew) worked efficiently and professionally. I was impressed with the way they worked and how quickly they got the job done. The job was started 09/09/24 and was finished 09/10/24. They decked and shingled the house, fixed leak on the garage and shingled the garage. Their clean up when the job was done was as excellent as their roofing. From the time Matt inspected our roof to explaining your product to BJ who showed up the day before the roofing crew arrived calculating how many shingle bundles needed for our roof to Ishmael's Roofing crew installing our new (awesome) roof. I would give zero stars if that were an option. We contacted Erie because we were seriously considering having our roof replaced and wanted an estimate so we could compare our options. Instead, we experienced one of the most exhausting and high-pressure sales presentations we have ever encountered. We spent more than five hours with an Erie sales representative.
