Erik was rushed and rude to me the entire time. He used acronyms and never really explained processes. I would get phone calls at 5 or 6 at night telling me to complete something by the end of the night. I constantly felt like I was being talked down to. I will admit that he did tell me about the veterans disability rating loop hole which eventually saved me. But if you are talking with someone going through this process alone you should take better care of them.
