Erik and his team took the time to fully explained the options for us to choose in maximizing our refinance program. They were attentive to our needs and requests, and helped to assist in pinning down additional required documents and records that I didn't have or had misplaced from previous contracts. Because of the nature of my work, my schedule is not always in sync with standard M-F 9-5 business hours. I can’t get to my phone easily or take calls at work. Erik, Brenda. Ana and the entire team understood this and were flexible to my availability and sometimes delayed follow up.
