What made the experience great was the constant communication. I don’t like operating in a communication vacuum. With your team, I always knew what the status was.. My Monday phone calls from Ana Han... just to check up and say hello, ask if anything was new, or she would ask for documents. No vacuum. Also, I am more financially stable than I was going into this endeavor. The advice Erik provided when we started in June, I am still following. Last, true professionals. Thank you.

Erik always made time to answer my questions. When he could not reach me and saw that bonds were moving he took the initiative and locked in our interest rate. By the time I talked to him that after noon the rates had gone up. Erik was very professional, he explained all the details of our process to our satisfaction. I would recommend him and Churchill to any of my friends that were looking to buy a home or refinance.
