I truly appreciate the sound home advice and guidance Erik along with his team contributed to making our dreams a reality. It has been 15 years for my family due to my service for our nation. And he was able to assist us in the VA process from start to finish with constant communications, email updates, and in-office counseling. I had a very difficult listing agent and my realtor and lending team were amazing with prying the information we needed from the other parties and keeping the deal together on our dream home. I was able to call and speak directly to the person I needed and was given weekly update phone calls to keep me informed. The response time to emails was very short, which I appreciated with little ones. In the end we got our house at a great interest rate and I’m so happy with the lending team we chose.
