This loan process took forever... and then a few more months. We thought we would have closed in Sept and it ended up being mid Dec. Not sure any of that is Erik or Churchill Mortgage’s fault but it certainly leaves us with a less than optimal result. And then the lady who did our actual closing, as the notary, she was a complete train wreck that left us feeling very uneasy about the final step. She was horrible!
