She has a no-hurry attitude that made me feel like I could bring up any question or concern. She also explained everything that she was doing and what course of treatment was best. I left feeling that my exam was thorough.

I went in for a full-body check, but also had questions to ask Dr. Ibler. She was calm, thorough, well-educated, and made me feel confident she knew her stuff. Glad I found her!

I have only been a patient of Dr. Ibler's at Pinnacle Bucktown for about a year now, with two visits under my belt, but I have been really pleased with the front office staff and with Dr. Ibler's care. I had a situation with my eye last year that she was very thorough caring for and helping me understand what was going on. First I waited 40 minutes for her to come into the room. Then I felt immediately dismissed, my concerns were diminished and pushed aside, I was basically told to do nothing unless I really wanted to. The word tumor was used with no sugar coating or anything!I got a name for a specialist and I won’t be back.
