We took our elderly mother to see the doctor for a facial irritation, and the receptionist rescheduled the appointment because we had not been advised to bring any documentation, which was then stated as required when we arrived for the appointment. We left and returned 90 minutes later for the rescheduled appointment with all info as requested in hand.
