Receiving paper checks and being responsible for mailing them was very time consuming and costly. Having the opportunity to have a direct deposit into my account and making electronic payments would make for a much smoother and cheaper process on my end. Additionally, the check amounts didn't match my current balances; some accounts still have a balance and others I'll now receive a credit. I guess at the end of this process, I would've liked to have had the opportunity to review the amounts and this manual, labor intensive ... read more
