From Erin to Amber, they communicate and informed us very well about what is going on
It was fine. Nothing amazing. We were financing to pay off ALL our credit cards, but they only paid of portions of the cards. We had to a whole dog and pony show to get my husband's car information to pay it off--but it wasn't included in the payments. We chose Mutual of Omaha because we wanted a reputable company... they've already sold off our mortgage to some off brand company. Would I use them again? Probably not. I would have stayed and renegotiated with Chase.
Erin and her team are a dream to work with. They are professional, time efficient and will stop at nothing to make your loan experience easy. I would give them 5 starts and recommend them time and time again.
