There was no proactive communication for my closing. I was forced to take time out of my extremely day to coordinate my closing. In addition, I was also surprised with addition fees late in the day prior to my closing.

Overall, I appreciate that we were ultimately able to close the loan and receive a workable final structure. However, the process itself was far more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been. Throughout the transaction, I had to repeatedly restate my priorities regarding loan structure, cash to close, and avoiding unnecessary costs before those requests were fully understood and reflected in the estimates. we were ask to provide new documents every other day untill the day of closing. they should send a complete list of documents they need atleast 4 weeks before closing date.Examlpe They ask for the information 2 days before closing for,the transection done in bank 8 months ago to buy land for house, they could have ask for this information 4 weeks ago. I think people who are revieing the financial informations are poorly organised.ERINE VICTORINE our contact agent in Raleigh NC was very helpful.
