This was our first time renting from Escape Campervans and are hooked! Everything went great - from booking to returning the van. We picked up Jetson in Las Vegas and spent 8 days visiting the National parks in Utah. Since it was just the two of us, we kept the bed set up rather than break it down (which is cumbersome). The Vegas staff was great - we even took advantage of the makeshift grocery and loaners provided by other campers - and were sure to leave what we couldn't use. They are fantastic with their business refunds BUT and it’s a BIG BUT... these Vans need loads of TLC. There wasn’t a safe place for us to strap our children in. The seat belts in the back were a complete joke and didn’t lock. 115 outside with zero working AC our children were overheating in the 10 mins we had the Van. They hadn’t filled the water tank fully or filled the gas tank. we also couldn’t go faster then 40mph without it feeling like it was going to fall apart. My husband and I just returned from a 2 week camping trip to Bryce, Zion, and Grand Canyon National Parks, and Sedona. We flew into Las Vegas, rented an Escape Camper Van, and camped in the Parks and other campgrounds for the entire time.Our van was comfortable for sleeping, and the Escape folks provided us with everything we needed to camp and cook with the van.
