We recently tried the Assassination Express escape room w/our son, daughter in law & her mom. We weren't sure about doing this adventure but our family swore it would be fun. They were right! We had one hour to solve a mystery and escape the room. Lo and behold it took us 57 minutes & 46 seconds to save FDR in 1932. We loved the escape room and highly recommend it to anyone! I did this room with my family of 6 and we didn't realize we picked the hardest room. It was fun but definitely not with so many people next time because way too many ideas being thrown around and lost lol. But the experience was great and would do it again with less people
I booked our first escape experience ever with Escapology Escape Rooms Austin...and was SUPER impressed! We had an absolute blast. It is really well-planned, challenging (but not impossible) and above everything FUN! Our party numbered four (two moms, one tween and one teen), and all of us walked out saying we have to do this again soon. The experience was totally worth the cost and the time. Patty was a great guide and very friendly, answering all our questions. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved Escapology! The first thing that struck me was how clean the entire business was. Almost meticulous! We loved the ambience in the waiting room (cozy) which was equipped with trivia and hand held puzzles. The actual game was incredibly fun! Our family had a fabulous experience at Escapology today. We've done other escape rooms but it was our first time at this place. The steam punk decor in the entry and lobby was a great way to introduce the time travel concept. It was great to talk to the owners who are a sweet couple; we spoke with them before and after our room experience and really enjoyed meeting them. Our first escape room and we picked the hardest one. Under Pressure. The couple we were with had been in the other rooms, so for us to NOT have experience, then finding out we were on the toughest room... The wife and I were a little nervous.. Granted, the couple we were with were very helpful and we made a good team.. We didn't make it out in 60 minutes as we were stuck on the last spot but they did let us continue.. 10 minutes later we were out. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! These games are so fun that we got our out of town friends HOOKED! We've been twice now and the 2nd time we couldn't leave without playing again. We had an excellent experience here taking our friends who were visiting. We did one of their easy rooms and it was well put together and very interactive. The production value of the room was a lot better than many of the rooms we've done in the Austin area. Additionally, the staff was just top notch.
