Very informative, a couple of plans were developed, exact procedures were explained, time frame was presented, all my questions were answered in detail, never once did I feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. I was very excited about the idea of finally having teeth. I couldnt wait to get started. They had a way to overcome my sever gag teflex that had kept me away from the dentist for the last 30 years. Betty and Dr. Gray treated me for a fall after I broke my front teeth. Betty was extremely caring and compassionate to my injury and my embarrassment. I have been seeing Dr. Gray for almost 20 years for my cosmetic needs. He did a phenomenal job on my first set of teeth 15 years ago and I know he will do the same with my new set.
