I had a very pleasant initial visit with Dr. Winter's office. Shelby was so welcoming and helpful in checking me in. She introduced me to Kat, who took me on a nice tour of the office and then was very attentive to me until Dr. Winter came to do the procedure on me. There was absolutely no pain and it was over in about 10 minutes. Very efficient and so happy! Thank you Dr. Winter and your wonderful staff. You all rock! :)

Dr. Winter cleared time in her busy schedule to see me for an emergency crown repair the same day I contacted her office. Even more amazing, she was working under a very tight schedule due to the fact that I needed to be in and out of the office in less than an hour. I needed to have a root treated as the gum had receded and as a result the tooth was sensitive to cold, that being anyting below body temperature. Dr. Winter put some bonding on it and I was in and out in no time, no anesthetic, in this case, necessary. Painless, quick and effective.
