RecommendedWonderful jewelers and very professional
RecommendedI have been going to Estate Jewelers for many year. Previously I went to Jared’s which was a waste of time and money. I’ve had custom jewelry, repairs, bought and sold. I wouldn’t trust any other jeweler in town!
My first experience was great. I dealt with two employees in the store and they were professional and knowledgeable. On my second visit I dealt with the owner. I fully accept responsibility for my lack of knowledge and communication but I was appalled by the unprofessional and rude treatment that I received from him. I guess he was having a bad day. I won’t return.
