the service here was amazing. the ladies at the front desk were so helpful! Olivia was amazinggg! she was so knowledgeable and reassuring!
Dr Simran Kaur is fantastic. She has been my saving grace with tons of ENT issues from sinus surgery, to strange types of infections and reflux in my throat. She is very thorough and has an amazing bedside manor.
DNP Simran Kaur is beyond amazing. She listens to you, she is very sympathetic to your issues, and her diagnosis is spot on... she tells you exactly what the process will be to healing your issue and if you follow her direction and be patient (she had to remind me of the last part) you will be happy with the results and the service you received.
DNP Simran Kaur is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient! She is my go-to choice for excellent ear care.
Worst doctor I’ve ever had. I don’t understand how dr wiggenhorn is even in practice. Didn’t want to help me at all and had a bad attitude.
I made an appointment to see Ms. Kaur. The appointment was changed to a later time with a different person via email. Wasn't sure which was the right one. My issue was not resolved. Told further testing was needed. Left just as confused as when I came. I was given a paper with the phone number for further testing at different company. The phone number was disconnected. 0 Stars. The intake staff at Simon Med Imaging personifies everything that is wrong with physician owned imaging centers. I’m getting an MRI, not buying a used car people!!! I don’t want to hear about “promotions” or any other BS tactic to up-sell your services. Katie was completely unprofessional. No, I won’t be back to Simon Med in Goodyear, AZ nor will I go back to Dr. Wiggenhorn. If you want to build a relationship (and keep) your patients, you don’t treat them like this. Please Read and Take Note: I should have known after Estrella ENT Clinic completely forgot to call me back as promised. One week later, I called them. This review doesn’t start there however. It begins with a hearing test. Like many others with recurring ear problems, we are very accustomed to the process. However, at Estrella ENT the hearing test takes FOREVER and is inconclusive at best.
