We purchased dining room chairs from Ethan Allen and within a short time, the fabric on one chair was worn. We contacted our EA representative Sandra D-M. She was extremely professional and really helped us through the process of getting the chair fixed, even in this crazy time when materials are hard to come by. We will certainly contact Sandra again when shopping for furniture, and will recommend her to anyone who is in the market for good furniture and even better service.

My delivery of new furniture by Ethan Allen was as smooth and efficient as can be. The movers were pros. They impeccably unwrapped and placed each piece. My interior designer, Ruthi Yankiver, from the Ethan Allen store on the Upper East Side on 3rd and 60th St., came for the delivery. We ordered our new sofa 4-6 weeks ago. Having looked extensively in shops and online, we found what we were looking for. It was perfect - size, quality and style. We had considered splurging on a completely customized sofa but we weren't happy with the customer service. On April 10, 2021, I walked into Ethan Allen in Scarsdale, NY, looking for a particular sofa I saw on the website. I was greeted by the most professional interior design consultant, Janice Terry. She was customer-centric, knowledgeable about the product and other products in the store. Janice guided me to the inquired sofa. We chose to visit Ethan Allen on the Upper Eastside to see sofas after weeks of browsing on so many internet sites.
