Great selection of furnishings and accessories. Oh my sales consultant was so helpful and patient while we made our choices. There are literally thousands of different fabrics and leathers and types of wood to choose from. It was nice to customize our sofa to my wife’s exact specifications. I had a great experience with designer Erin Woodbury located at the Quincy, MA store. I contacted and reached out for some help online, and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly and efficiently she was able to provide me with feedback regarding my decisions and choices. All the while, Erin maintained confidence where it was lacking on my behalf, and was very complimentary of my existing space. Mary Lawlor is amazing! I called the Quincy store and she came over with lamps and fabric samples. We purchased new living room pieces as well as a new chandelier for the the dinning room. She was awesome at working with the pieces we already owned and elevated the whole look.
Mary Lawlor - a Design Consultant at the Quincy Store has helped my husband and I choose furniture and fabrics for our homes in Boston and New York for almost 10 years. She has incredible taste and I couldn't have put these things together without her. I highly recommend her.
After some rough experiences from a couple other furniture stores in the area, decided to give Ethan Allen in Quincy a try and glad that we did. We were beyond impressed with Cat O'Connell who went above and beyond in helping us customize our new couch. Have honestly not received customer service like this is ages, her care and attention to what we were looking for was amazing and she was great with our kids as well.
