The staff gives you individual attention. I bought a bed frame a floor model. It was checked for any deficiencies. Also, my bedroom was being renovated and the bed was held in their warehouse for over a month before it was able to be delivered. When the staff delivered it, it was put together with proficiency and knowledge. One of the men also brought my mattress to the bedroom and placed it on the bed for me. I hope their products are better than their customer service. Don't count on getting your couch anytime soon. I'm truly disgusted with the lack of customer service, communication and transparency. Had we known the couch was going to take 5+ months to get here,we would have gone somewhere else. We ordered a leather couch Feb 2023 with an expected delivery date of April 18th. Here we are at the end of June and we still don't have a couch. We are on our third missed delivery date (April 18, end May., Mid June) Their design ... read more

My husband and I were pleased to have Karen Vogt as our designer. After she had visited our home, she created a schematic of our room so as we could visualize the placement of the furniture and rug which we had purchased through her. In addition, she helped us to choose the appropriate wooden floor that would compliment our furniture. Great experience! Joe Rivera took excellent care of us. The purchasing and delivery experience were all top notch. Love the couches. Quality is exactly what we hoped for. Worth every penny!

I just received my new Bennett sectional sofa from Ethan Allen. I couldn't be happier. The sofa arrived exactly on the date promised and the delivery team were very professional. I was very pleased with the help of my designer, Karen Vogt as well. Karen offered very good design advice, making suggestions and helping us visualize the furniture actually in our space...I will definitely return next time I need some new furniture!!
