It truly saddens me that I feel the need to leave such a poor review. We purchased a bedroom set from Ethan Allen the first of Dec. Our design consultant was Donna. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. After weeks of looking and dealing with other designers we felt confident we made the right decision purchasing with Ethan Allen. I have been an Ethan Allen customer for many years and had good experiences in the past. I’m sad to say my last purchase wasn’t the same experience. I ordered a swiveling chair and it came dirty, the sales executive told me to not worry and they will take care of it. They sent somebody to clean it and this person said he will comeback to check if it needs another cleaning but I never heard from him again. Donna was great to work with and she provided excellent guidance. Never felt pressured to purchase. Our condo was in the process of a complete renovation and we asked if they could hold our order and our request was granted immediately. Ethan Allen held our order for a little over 3 months. Was never bugged to select a delivery date. Our furniture was delivered, unpacked and placed exactly where we wanted the pieces placed. Excellent service throughout the purchase to the delivery. We recently purchased furniture at Ethan Allen of Boca Raton. Donna Gillman was our designer. She is a bright, charming, knowledgeable, kind and a very perceptive person who loves and is outstanding in performing her job. Donna was able to put together the divergent views of my wife and I into a beautiful and flowing display of colors, form and function. I worked with Donna Gillman to select a set of chairs and sofa over the last few months. It was an awesome super-low-pressure experience that resulted in a stunning outcome!
