Beautiful Saturday afternoon. Stopped in Ethan Ellen to shop for a sofa. Found the perfect sofa. Wanted to know colors! The staff receives a zero for customer service skills. Very expensive store to have staff with zero customer service skills. How do you stay in business
I had a fantastic experience all the way around. The sales person Rose was fantastic she followed through as she promised. My furniture is more than a step above all the rest. The delivery was beyond compare, they were on time, courteous, careful and mindful of what they were doing! I would have to say Jarrod and Darek were the two best delivery guys I have ever experienced!! The Durhams
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service I received with Ethan Allen. Rose knew her products and exactly what we wanted. Our items during delivery were handled by Jarrod and Tireke with top notch care. A total white glove experience!
