Design Consultant Kelly Nowak is amazing. She is an expert in design, client focused, and has the patience of a saint. We had been looking for new dinning room chairs aesthetically pleasing and able to accommodate my husband who is very tall and finds most chairs uncomfortable. Kelly showed us many options and when we narrowed it down helped with fabric selection, decorstive nails and leg design. Kelly was exceptional! Gifted, creative, patient and most importantly kept us calmly on track as we quickly needed to purchase furniture for a second home. I had a defect Issue with a recliner. I went to the Ethan Allen store in King of Prussia to discuss it, fully expecting nothing to happen. I was introduced to Ed Herarty and very pleasantly surprised by his response. He took my concerns seriously. He had me take pictures which he forwarded to Ethan Allen. They said it was out of warranty. Ed did not stop there. He sent a serviceman (extremely qualified) to my house. They fixed the problem which is all that I really wanted. This was my first experience with an online purchase through Ethan Allen. I was lucky enough to be paired with their design consultant Rylie Roberts, who was kind enough to send me four different swatch samples to make sure I was choosing just the right fabric. Her professional guidance in creating my custom bar stools was extremely helpful and I cannot wait to see the finished product! I will definitely be a return customer thanks to Rylie!
