My wife Barbara and I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ethan Allen and in particular Pamela Reynolds at their Design Center in Bluffton SC. After discussing our home requirements, Pamela was spot on with the furniture pieces, fabrics and design to make our house look exactly how we envisioned it. Her expertise, patience and knowledge was a great help and we look forward to visiting Ethan Allen and Pamela for all future needs.

We had the pleasure of working with Pamela Reynolds to furnish our new home. She immediately picked up on our design style and put together a wonderful design that suits our home perfectly. She made several visits to our home to ensure measurements were accurate as well as ensuring the delivery and placement of the furniture was correct. She worked very hard to ensure our deliveries were made in a timely manner. I highly recommend Pamela for her design style, hard work and dedication to her clients.

Above and beyond best describes Pamela Reynolds personal customer service, as a seasoned interior designer at Ethan Allen in Bluffton. Not only did she make a home call on three occasions prior to furniture delivery to ensure fabric colors and appropriate furniture pieces, but she also coordinated the delivery crew on site.
