In 2017 we purchased several pieces of furniture for our new home from Frank Schepis in the Tucson store. . He was a terrific designer as well as sales representative. Our furniture and fabrics choices for several different rooms, influenced by Frank, were wonderful and we continue to get great compliments. We had an efficient delivery and have been very satisfied... except for one of the mattresses we purchased.. after 8 months we determined that mattress didn't seem to work for our bodies. Thank you Brent for excellence in service and Ethan Allen in quality of product. I purchased my second Arcata sectional sofa today. The first one is 10 years old and looks like I received it today. We purchased new living room furniture at the end of 2019 and received it all in March 2020. After 8 months, we were very please with all the pieces except for the fabric on a chair and ottoman. It was a chamois-like fabric with a nap and I thought it looked old and worn even though we only had it for a few months. I called and Brett told me to send some photos. I am super excited! I just purchased a few of The Hyde pieces. First, thank you to my friend, Tanya, District Design Manager in NJ for introducing me to the Ethan Allen. I really wanted to work with Tanya, but I moved too far south. She recommended I go to the Greenville, South Carolina location. It was awesome! She said I would be taken care of, and I was.
