Cassandra Potts was excellent in helping us. She patiently listened to our needs and directed us towards furniture we might be interested in, even helping us to see how it would look in our space. Easy shopping ad great customer service. We purchased this wood table for our buffet seating purchased elsewhere. We love the look and feel. It replaced a glass and metal table we had for many years.

Cassandra Potts went above and beyond assisting me with the purchase of a Quick Ship Bennett sectional sofa for my living room! She not only helped me choose the fabric and style, but created a floorplan from EA's online tool for placement of everything in the room, including furniture, area rug, and fireplace. I have made many purchases from Ethan Allen over the years. This is the first time selecting items for a home under construction. The designer was very helpful, we placed the order and the pieces were stored until we were ready to move. Delivery was smooth and we are enjoying our new home.
