My experience with this dealer was over the phone only. I called about a newly listed truck to ask about features that were not on the posting. The truck was not on the lot at the time so the salesman could not get the answer I needed, but he was very courteous and as helpful as he could be. I received a follow up call from a different salesman a few days later. He was not aware of my original questions, just following up with customers at the end of the month.
