I have been following publications from the Ettinger law firm for years. They have been very helpful to me in learning about elder estate law planning. Some years ago, I had a very reassuring meeting with Mr. Ettinger who prepared my power of attorney.

One indication of the Ettinger firm's integrity is where my lawyer suggested that, based on my situation, I don't need a trust where a simple will would be good enough. Don't spend money on something I don't need. Of course, if my situation ever does change, I will go to Ettinger firm to write up a trust if I need to. Another thing that impressed me was where I had named a professional executor outside the firm, and they collaborated to write my will so that it could be well executed should the time come.
As an Ettinger client, I receive their messages periodically. I think he puts a lot of effort into producing interesting, meaningful pieces. Most times I agree with his premises, but not always.
We met with Ettinger law firm to set up a will etc. for my Dad. All went well. They were very helpful. I would recommend using them for your will. Knowledgeable team.
